This 4th Generation MRCOOL Mini Split includes everything you need to cool and heat two different rooms. You'll be sent: DIY 48,000 BTU Multi-Zone Condenser, one 18,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handler, one 36,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handler, two Remotes, and two 50 ft. Installation Kits. The best part about all of this is that you can install it yourself!
