Return & Refund Policy

Reporting Your Order
To ensure proper processing, please report any issues with your order within 30 days of the delivery date. We are unable to accept return requests after this period.
Refund Eligibility
To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

For larger appliances, the pallet must be retained if returning the item.

Products cannot be returned if they’ve been installed, used, or if the packaging is missing.
If your item is broken or damaged, you can return it for a refund, provided it’s in its original packaging and condition. This must be done within 30 days of delivery. Items should be returned in the same condition as when received.
If you decide to return an item for any other reason; you are subject to restocking fees and responsible for shipping costs.
In most cases, return labels will be included inside the package. If not, please email us at contact@theappliancehaven.com, and we’ll provide a digital copy. Simply print this label and include it with your return shipment.
Important: Only items in new condition, still in their original packaging and unopened, will be accepted for returns. Returns showing signs of use will be refused.
Refunds will be processed within 5-15 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Photo Documentation
To process your return, our customer service team will request photos of the damaged items. Without these photos, we cannot proceed with the return.
Missing Parts
If your order is missing parts, please contact us immediately at contact@theappliancehaven.com. We’ll promptly send you the missing items.
Restocking Fee
A minimum 15% restocking fee applies to all returns, cancellations, or refused deliveries. This fee is determined by the product and brand.
The restocking fee may be waived only if the return is due to shipping errors, mistakes on our part, or if the item is damaged or incorrect.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is not covered by The Appliance Haven unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are non-refundable and are the customer’s responsibility. If you request a return label, we will provide one, but the cost may be deducted from your refund.
Orders That Have Already Shipped
Once an order has shipped, it is subject to a restocking fee. Refusing delivery due to damage is not considered a return, and a replacement unit will be sent at no cost to you.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at contact@theappliancehaven.com with your order number and proof of purchase (receipt or other documentation). Include "RETURN - ORDER #" in the subject line.
If an order is canceled after shipment, or if it’s refused or returned due to the customer missing a delivery appointment, it will be sent back to the warehouse and processed as a return.
Please include a brief explanation of the reason for the return in the body of your email. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us first, as we will not be able to track the return.
Final Sale Prices
Prices for orders are final and cannot be adjusted due to promotions or lower prices from other retailers. We cannot reimburse the difference if you find the same product at a lower price after your purchase.
Missing Parts Shipping
We will cover the shipping costs for missing parts. Please email us at contact@theappliancehaven.com with your order number and details of the missing parts to receive support.
Damage Claims
All damage claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. Claims made after this window will be rejected.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 4-7 business days, please check with your credit card company for any pending processing. If it still hasn’t appeared after this time, contact us at contact@theappliancehaven.com.

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. To request an exchange, email us at contact@theappliancehaven.com with the following details:

Return Conditions
To return an item, it must be in its original, unused condition and packaging. For large appliances, the pallet should be retained. Items that have been installed or used, or whose packaging is missing, cannot be returned.
Damaged Packages
If your items arrive damaged, please photograph the damage and refuse the package. Once you’ve documented the damages, notify our Customer Service team at contact@theappliancehaven.com.
Note any damage with the delivery driver on the Bill of Lading/Freight Bill. Contact us immediately so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.

Once the damage is verified, we will send you a return label. After the return is picked up, we’ll send a replacement order.
Policy Changes
We reserve the right to update this return and refund policy at any time to comply with applicable legal requirements.
