This 4th Generation MRCOOL Mini Split includes a DIY 27,000 BTU Multi-Zone Condenser, one 12,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handler, one 18,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handler and two Remotes. The best part about all of this is that you can install it yourself!

This package does not include linesets, don't forgot to scroll up and add them!

If all air handlers are run simultaneously, their combined BTU output will not exceed the BTU rating of the condenser. In this case, the combined BTU output of the Air Handlers will never exceed the 27K BTU Rating of the Condenser.

Condenser

    • Easy to Control. This unit also has the capability to be controlled by your Apple or Android smartphone through the use of the Smart HVAC app.
    • Convenient Installation. With its light and compact design, it can be installed easily to most interior walls with the included mounting plate.
