This 4th Generation MRCOOL Ceiling Cassette Mini Split includes everything you need to cool and heat two different rooms. You'll be sent: DIY 36,000 BTU Multi-Zone Condenser, one 12,000 BTU Ceiling Cassette Air Handler, one 18,000 BTU Ceiling Cassette Air Handler, two Remotes, and one 16 ft. and 25 ft. Installation Kits. A low-profile heating and cooling solution that doesn't require ductwork or wall space, and fits discreetly in any space.
