This 4th Generation MRCOOL DIY Mini Split includes everything you need to cool and heat your home, office or more. You'll be sent: 18K BTU Multi-Zone Condenser, two 9K BTU Ceiling Cassette Air Handlers and a remote, lineset, communication wire for each air handler. The best part about all of this is that you can install it yourself! The MRCOOL DIY Mini Split is flexible enough to be installed virtually anywhere without hiring an expensive HVAC technician or the need to use expensive, specialized equipment.

Mini Split System Includes

Condenser 18K BTU

  • Energy Efficient. This 18K BTU condenser is capable of producing an impressive 21.2 SEER2 efficiency rating. And yes... this qualifies for major savings using energy or tax rebates!
  • Works In Extreme Temperature. The ability to heat even when temperatures drop to -13°F.

    Air Handler 9K BTU

    • Vast Coverage Area. The cassette covers an area between 180 to 375 sq. ft.
    • Versatile. Incredibly versatile and equipped with multiple operating modes, which include COOL, HEAT, AUTO, DRY (dehumidify) and SLEEP.
    • Out of Sight Design. This unit has low profile installation for out of sight heating & cooling.
    • Worry-Free Installation. Easily install between all types of joists on 16" center - including pre-manufactured I-joists
    • Easy Air Filter Access. By activating the Elevation function, the filter panel will lower for easy air filter maintenance.

      • Pre-Charged. These line sets come pre-charged with the precise amount of R-410A refrigerant.
