Astra STS4800 Semi-Automatic Steamer (STS4800)

Astra STS4800 is great for the juice, tea, and smoothie industry. This standard steamer features a thermocouple, stainless steel wand that controls the temperature of the product, which is digitally displayed on the front panel.

The steamer is produced with a 7-liter nickel-plated boiler and a 4,800-watt heating element that enables the steamer to produce continuous steam.

Featuring Modular construction for easy maintenance and service. The brewing system w/ thermo circulation design for absolute temperature consistency. It is designed with a quiet internal motor and a rotary-vane procon pump. The vacuum valve to avoid milk from entering the boiler.
