Precision Series Standard Features

• Power Flo sealed burners were designed with efficiency in mind, whether boiling, searing, or heating. Rated at 19,000 BTU/hr but able to turn down to a delicate simmer, they are among the highest output sealed burners on the market.
• The Capital precision series easy-to-clean cast iron grate design is strategically shaped with eight symmetrically positioned prongs that allow for a maximum amount of burner heat with minimal obstruction.
• Our 3/8″ thick thermostatically controlled stainless steel griddle plate gives precise control over the griddle area, won’t rust, and doesn’t pre-conditioning.
  
• Heavy duty, die cast, chrome-plated metal knobs with plastic inserts are ergonomically designed, smooth-turning, and stay cool to the touch. Cabernet red knobs optional.
• EZ-Glides™ Drip Trays - Sized for easy handling and cleaning (will fit in most dishwashers).
  
• Infra Broil™ - Providing an extra-large broiling area, the gas infrared broiler generates 18,000 BTUs/hr of searing power. For even heat distribution and ease of cleaning, the broiler is covered with ceramic glass.
  
• TargetTemp™ Convection Cooking - Our strategically shaped and ducted oven cavity is calibrated for superior airflow. This design creates a more balanced oven temperature and increases cooking efficiency.
