This 4th Generation MRCOOL Mini Split includes a DIY 18,000 BTU Single Zone Condenser, one 18,000 BTU Ceiling Cassette Air Handler, one 25' Pre-Charged Lineset and one Remote. The best part about all of this is that you can install it yourself!

Mini Split Includes

  • Energy Efficient. This 1 Zone condenser, when paired with select MRCOOL air handlers, is capable of producing an impressive 22 SEER efficiency rating.
  • Works In All Environments. The capability to continue to deliver heating performance when temperatures reach -13F.

    Air Handler, 18K BTU, Quantity 1

    • Large Coverage Area. Handler covers an area up to 750 sq. ft.
    • Versatile. Incredibly versatile and equipped with multiple operating modes, which include COOL, HEAT, AUTO, DRY (dehumidify), and SLEEP.
    • Out of Sight Design. This unit has low profile installation for out of sight heating & cooling.
    • Worry-Free Installation. Easily install between all types of joists on 16" center - including pre-manufactured I-joists
    • Easy Air Filter Access. By activating the Elevation function on the remote controller (or smart controller), the filter panel will lower for easy air filter maintenance.
