Very good experience

This review is not so much about the espresso maker (which is perfect, BTW), but about the shopping experience. When my previous espresso maker suddenly expired, I frantically searched for a replacement. Appliance Haven had the lowest price, but they were temporarily out of stock. I placed the order anyway and expected to wait and drink French Press coffee in the interim. However, to my surprise, I got a notice a day to two later that the La Pavoni would be shipping soon. I think Appliance Haven found it at another location and had it shipped. Bravo! Only had to go without the daily espressos for a few days and not weeks.
