La Pavoni Copper & Brass Professional, model PB-16.  A stunning work of art.  In 1975 la Pavoni introduced the larger “Professional” model into their line-up next to the smaller “Europiccola”. The larger 16 cup version with the added pressure gauge was an instant success.  All plated la Pavoni machines come standard with 2 frothing systems, a standard plated steam wand and the Cappuccino Automatic attachment.
