This 4th Generation MRCOOL Mini Split includes everything you need to cool and heat two different rooms. You'll be sent: DIY 27,000 BTU Multi-Zone Condenser, two 12,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handler, two Remotes, and one 16 ft. and 25 ft. Installation Kits. The best part about all of this is that you can install it yourself!

    Air Handler, 12K BTU, Quantity 2

    • Large Coverage Area. Handler covers an area up to 500 sq. ft.
    • Versatile. Incredibly versatile and equipped with multiple operating modes, which include COOL, HEAT, AUTO, DRY (dehumidify), and SLEEP.
    • Easy to Control. This unit also has the capability to be controlled by your Apple or Android smartphone through the use of the Smart HVAC app.
    • Convenient Installation. With its light and compact design, it can be installed easily to most interior walls with the included mounting plate.

        • This 16 ft. copper line set connects the MRCOOL Condenser to the MR COOL Air Handlers. For Multi-Zone systems, one line set per indoor unit is required to ensure the system will function properly.
        • Pre-Charged. These line sets come pre-charged with the precise amount of R-410A refrigerant.
        • DIY & Save Money. This means the installation process can be performed without retaining the services of a certified technician - thus saving you money!
